Return & Refund Policy – Culto × Pálida
Each Culto × Pálida hat is handcrafted in La Lagunilla, Mexico City — a collaboration between Jorge Lios and Pálida Studios.
These pieces are intentionally distressed, customized, and one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, stitching, and wear are part of their story. Because of this, all sales are final.
We stand behind the quality of our fulfillment and craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the limited-edition and artisanal nature of these hats, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or preference

Fit or sizing concerns
-
Distressing or unique design details that differ slightly from images shown
Every piece carries its own character — small imperfections are part of its authenticity and intent.
Order Issues and Fulfillment Errors
If your item arrives:

Damaged during shipping,

Incorrect (wrong product or size), or
-
Missing from your order,please contact us within 7 days of delivery at uno@culto.studio. Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.v
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement (if inventory allows), or
-
A refund to your original payment method.
We cannot process claims submitted after 7 days or without proof of damage/error.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't been initiated after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit-card company — it may take time before your refund posts.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at uno@culto.studio.
Shipping Returns (only if requested by us)
If we request the item back for inspection, we’ll provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Because each hat is unique, we do not offer exchanges.
If your claim qualifies for replacement and we have inventory available, we’ll handle it as a new fulfillment — not an exchange.
