Shipping Policy – Culto × Pálida
Each Culto × Pálida hat is made by hand and ships with care from our U.S. fulfillment partners. Because every drop is limited and crafted in small batches, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare, inspect, and ship your order. We keep things transparent — you’ll always receive tracking once your order is on the move.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During product launches or drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Typical delivery windows:

International orders: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, holidays, or local delays outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide unless otherwise noted. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once the package arrives in your country. We’re unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or declare lower values for customs purposes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier. If your tracking link seems stuck or delayed, don’t worry — it usually updates within a few days once it clears local processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll always try to help. If your order seems missing, email us at wegotyou@culto.studio with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll do what we can to locate or replace it.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, but if you notice an error quickly, email us at wegotyou@culto.studio — we’ll fix it if your order hasn’t left yet.
